Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we do. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

(Please note, due to Covid shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)

Question: How long is order processing time?

Answer:  All orders may take up to 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed. Orders get shipped out Monday-Sunday. Once orders have been shipped it will arrive in 3-7 business days.

( Please note that times may vary due to high amounts of orders. These times are based off of high volume of orders meaning it may be less time for orders to be processed and shipped. The Postal Service is closely monitoring service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to update customers until the situation returns to normal. )

Question: How do i track my order?

Answer:  Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update. If for any reason you have not received your tracking number please email us @ aaliyahscosmeticss@gmail.com

(Please note that you will not receive a tracking number with curbside pickup orders. You will get notifications when your order is ready for pick up via sms/ or email.)
